The "History" link on the Australian Protectionist Party provides a glowing over-view of the acheivements and beliefs of the above mentioned Prime Ministers yet does not provide any explanation as to how that history is in any way related to the Australian Protectionist Party in the here and now. Nor does it provide any explanation as to how any policies introduced by either of the two Prime Ministers is in any way related to or a basis for any policies held by the Australian Protectionist Party in the here or now either.

It would certainly appear as an amaturish attempt to acheive a measure of credibility by using the acheivements and reputations of two very respected Nationalists and Prime Ministers of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Not only is this questionably effective given the reality of Nationalism today and the very fact that the Australian Liberal Party bares direct lineage to the Protectionist Party but could also prove counter-productive when educated Nationalists see what the Australian Protectionist Party has actually done. That is to usurp the history of a completey different Nationalist Politcal entity to further their own agenda in order to make up for their complete lack of political capital in both ideological and policy terms.

The founder and leader of the Australian Protectionist Party Darrin Hodges, or so i have managed to gleam from the only video promotional material, material found on YouTube.com linked to the Australian Protectionist Party channel. Darrin Hodges may not be the founder of the Australian Protectionist Party, that information is not given on their website nor anywhere else on websites affiliated with the Australian Protectionist Party such as the Australian Identity Forum.

I can not be sure as to why such information is not made public, aren't the spokes-people for other Political Parties known to the public and listed in the media as such? Not so with the Australian Protectionist Party, however, Darrin Hodges at times is available on YouTube.com to discuss videos posted by the Australian Protectionist Party and himself personally.

By clicking the "About APP" link on the Australian Protectionist Party you start to find out more information in regard to what this Nationalist Party actually stands for, you can also click on the "Primary Policies" link on the website however the policies listed are much a reiteration of the "About APP" page.

Also The Protectionist channel on YouTube.com offers a brief and to the point over-view as to what the Australian Protectionist Party actually represents and scrolling through the videos either uploaded or favoured by the Australian Protectionist Party and their leader Darrin Hodges further leads one to the true nature of this supposedly Nationalist Political entity.

To the point, the following are the stated "Primary Policies" of the Australian Protectionist Party.

"Primary Policies

Only a nationalist movement with a protectionist philosophy can fight for the future survival of the Australian People. The Australian Protectionist Party stands for the protection of the Australian nation in all its aspects. So that we can protect the Australian nation, we believe that we must:

1. Protect our environment

Save Australia from the ravages of over-population, which is causing environmental ruin, and instead create a sustainable future for our land. Introduce measures to develop ecological sustainability. Immigration must be reduced until the completion of scientific research that will determine the “environmental footprint” of our population.

2. Protect our families

Establish pro-family measures to protect the traditional family unit, which is the foundation stone of our national culture and way of life. Institute financial relief for families, enabled by schemes such as taxation “income splitting” for couples with children. No adoption of children by homosexuals, and no government funding for homosexual groups. Make education costs for children tax deductible.

3. Protect our freedoms

Defend our democracy by removing laws that inhibit freedom of speech on social and political issues, and create further measures to protect our civil liberties, such as strengthening the right to trial by jury and the protection of property rights as upheld by the Australian constitution. Ensure more democracy in public affairs by establishing Citizens’ Initiated Referenda, whereby ordinary citizens can initiate a referendum on policies, thus giving government back to the people.

4. Protect our jobs and industries

Institute tariff barriers against cheap foreign imports to encourage the survival, rebuilding, and emergence of local manufacturing industries. Institute a national “buy back Australia” policy for companies, public assets, and resources. Forge a national apprenticeship programme with incentives for certain industries and country centres. No use of contracted foreign labour.

5. Protect our people

Implement a zero-net immigration policy, on a “one in, one out” basis. To have sensible immigration programmes that will be geared towards accepting into our country only those people who will readily fit into our society, primarily from traditional sources such as Europe and Britain. To seek a homogeneous society where we can all live in harmony, free from the ethnic and racial strife caused by social-engineering experiments. End Third World immigration and Muslim immigration, and offer economic assistance to those who wish to be reunited with their people’s homeland.

6. Protect our rural communities

Increase rural sustainability. Harness technological resources to enable a higher rate of decentralisation of government departments to regional centres. Implement sensible trade structures that will stop cheap foreign imports from destroying the viability of Australian farms.

7. Protect our way of life

End the destructiveness of Multiculturalism and Political Correctness. Teach our students about the achievements and values of Australian society and of Western Civilisation. Immerse our youth in the traditions of the Australian national identity and culture. Enable criticism and challenging of ideas in the classroom, but without having a “black armband” view of history deliberately being pushed by teachers as a form of political activism. End government funding for the political ideology of Multiculturalism.

We promote a Protectionist philosophy, dedicated to protecting our people, our jobs, and our way of life.

We believe that our nation must always operate as part of the world, with continuing interaction between peoples, economies, and cultures, but that this must be carried out in a sensible and rational way.

We believe that the our people have a right to survive, and that is why we oppose massive Third World immigration which is taking us down the road to a situation where the Australian People will end up as a miniscule minority in their own country.

We believe that Multiculturalism and Political Correctness are undermining our nation’s way of life and are destroying our national identity, and this is why we advocate the promotion and strengthening of the Australian national culture and identity.

We believe that open-slather global trade with cheap labour sources in Third World countries is destroying our nation’s industries and decimating our job opportunities, and that is why we believe in implementing a sensible system of tariff barriers to protect our local manufacturing jobs and industries.

If Protectionist policies are not carried out, then Australia will become a Third World country with a Third World economy, the Aussie way of life will be destroyed, and the Australian People and the Aboriginal People will disappear from the face of the earth forever (due to immigration-driven genocide).

The Australian Protectionist Party is an integral part of the growing resistance amongst Australians to the anti-national policies being pushed by the Australia-haters in their ivory towers and positions of power. We provide an alternative to the Establishment’s internationalist policies, and aim to protect Australia’s national interests.

Australia calls out for a national movement of men and women who are willing to fight for the independence, freedom, and preservation of their people and nation.

Are you going to stand up for the future of your people?"

Without really reading it or taking it at face value it all takes a modest albiet at times provocative tone, neither here nor there, enough to be Conservative and Nationalist or to appear as such. Nothing overly outrageous, a good attempt to be on sum total to be to the right of centre but not to far right to be dismissed as One Nation clones.

However, if you look closer and absorb or understand what is being said and what is being meant you may find that in reality that the Australian Protectionist Party is even far more to the right of centre than even One Nation dared to tread.

In point, the following with high-lighted passed and comment.

"1. Protect our environment" This is listed as their first "Primary Policy" and it would appear to anyone reading that the Australian Protectionist Party will care about Australia's Environment and will formulate a comprehensive stratagy to better manage, protect and if need be repair the environment.

However, let us see how the Australian Protectionist Party will protect the Australian Environment.

"Save Australia from the ravages of over-population, which is causing environmental ruin, and instead create a sustainable future for our land. Introduce measures to develop ecological sustainability. Immigration must be reduced until the completion of scientific research that will determine the “environmental footprint” of our population"

I for one can accept that the population of Australia is imposing some strain on the natural environment, i can also accept that population growth and density as an issue in relation to the environment should be bebated. However, the Australian Protectionist Party can only offer a frear-mongery assertion without even bothering to provide one reference to any evidence to substantiate the initial claim. The Australian Protectionist Party then follow their own baseless fear-mongery claim with to a "Primary Policy" of a ceasation of immigration hidden in a flowery promise to "Introduce measures to develope ecological sustainablity." following "the completion of scientific research that will determine the “environmental footprint” of our population." of-course, seeing as you can not have the former until the later is completed.

This means the only "Primary Policy" of the Australian Protectionist Party to "Protect our environment" is to alter the immigration intake. That isn't an environmental policy and the Australian Protectionist Party don't have any other substantial policy idea relating to the environment either. I am not exactly sure what the Australian Protectionist Party were hoping to gain by publishing a non-policy as their first "Primary Policy", i have a suspicion that it was a deliberate ploy to slowly introduce their "Immigration Policy" and nothing more.

"2. Protect our families" This second "Primary Policy" of the Australian Protectionist Party is certainly a statement of noble intention is it not? Yet, why is it not the first "Primary Policy" of the Australian Protectionist Party? It would certainly appear that the Australian Protectionist Party and its leader Darrin Hodges failed Politcs 101, that is, children and familes first and foremost. Let there be an examination of exactly how the Australian Protectionist Party intend to "Protect our families".

"Establish pro-family measures to protect the traditional family unit, which is the foundation stone of our national culture and way of life. Institute financial relief for families, enabled by schemes such as taxation “income splitting” for couples with children. No adoption of children by homosexuals, and no government funding for homosexual groups. Make education costs for children tax deductible."

The Australian Protectionist Party as the core of its "Primary Policy" "Protect our families" the removal of the adoption rights of homosexuals and the ceasation of all government funding for all existing homosexual groups. The rest of their stated "Primary Policy" is only a slight change if any change at all from existing government measures to provide a measure of assistance to Australia's families. Not only did the Australian Protectionist Party once more hide the rather provocative and only core to their "Primary Policy" among fairly vague and once more flowery assertions of intent, it neither gives any real detail of any structural changes to existing government measures to assist families or the means by which any increase to those measures will be funded if they were indeed implemented.

Perhaps it was a merely a disguise to hide the true nature and intentions and indeed the version of Nationalism the Australian Protectionist Party actually believes in.

"3, Protect our freedoms" This third "Primary Policy" of the Australian Protectionist Party and the claim they would indeed do so from the out-set appears to be quite a genuine attempt to appeal to Australia's freedom loving people albeit with homosexuals allready excluded from their version of "freedom". The Australian Protectionist Party will "Protect our freedoms" with this "Primary Policy".

"Defend our democracy by removing laws that inhibit freedom of speech on social and political issues, and create further measures to protect our civil liberties, such as strengthening the right to trial by jury and the protection of property rights as upheld by the Australian constitution. Ensure more democracy in public affairs by establishing Citizens’ Initiated Referenda, whereby ordinary citizens can initiate a referendum on policies, thus giving government back to the people."

The above actually contains or appears to contain some ideology, solid ideology and belief with some merit, though let us take a closer look. "removing laws that inhibit freedom of speech on social and political issues" is again a noble sentiment, now if we could only get the Australian Protectionist Party and their affiliates in the Australian Identity Forum to abide by and uphold the very concept of "freedom of speech on social and political issues" as if one disagrees with those on either the Australian Protectionist Party or Australain Identity Forum websites the denouncing of your opinion as being Communist thus evil and your subsequent banning is swift and summarily without explanation. It appears that the people who represent the Australian Protectionist Party disaprove of any contrary points of view and certainly have no great affection for "freedom of speech" which ironically is not only rather hypoctitical of them but it is a page straight from Communism-in-Practice.

"further measures to protect our civil liberties" except if you're a homosexual, Muslim or immigrant who they want to see deported, though that will be something looked into further on.

"strengthening the right to trial by jury" is another noble sentiment, if only the Australian Protectionist Party realised that the right to a trial involving a jury of your peers is as much a protected right as rights get, however you also have the option of chosing not to have a trial by jury, choice made only once in Queensland for example. So this noble sentiment is really nothing more than yet another flowery assertion of intention.

"Citizens’ Initiated Referenda" the true ideology or belied with any substance. It is however such a pitty it was buried within a paragraph that only served to make the Australian Protectionist Party look the hypocrite.

"4. Protect our jobs and industries" Protectionists have to protect something, stands to reason and jobs and industries are certainly important to the average Australian Citizen and would have certainly rated better than fourth in terms of importance for a "Primary Policy" of any Political Entity even more so from a Nationalist and Protectionist Political Entity called the Australian Protectionist Party. Their "Primary Policy" is the following.

"Institute tariff barriers against cheap foreign imports to encourage the survival, rebuilding, and emergence of local manufacturing industries. Institute a national “buy back Australia” policy for companies, public assets, and resources. Forge a national apprenticeship programme with incentives for certain industries and country centres. No use of contracted foreign labour." All very well and good from a Nationalist point of view until you understand the intentions and the consequences of those intentions.

"Institure tariff barriers" that very concept may have been relevent if not partially effective in 1901 when the great arguementors for such a tariff regime held the keys to the Prime Minister's Office. To remind the leadership and membership of the Australian Protectionist Party that the trade reality in 1901 until 1945 which consisted of almost exlusive trade with the United Kingdom can not be the basis of going back to such a Protectionist System. Attempting to get the Australian Protectioinst Party to onsider how far removed trade is today from that era would raise the ire in their blood. Followed shortly there-after the accusations of being a Communist or Slave to Big Business no less. Adding to the cringe-worthy none-sense notion of the Australian Protectionist Party's Trade Protectionist "Primary Policy" is the leadership and membership's consistent refusal to accept the very fact that it has been foreign trade and the removal of the Trade Protectionism that has dogged Australia which has lead to Australia and Australians enjoying the wealthiest period in the nations history.

"buy back Australia" with what and with who's money? The government certainly won't have any and citizenry won't either thanks to such disasterous economic "Primary Policies" such as Trade Protectionism. A "Primary Policy" that would see foreign investment cease and Australia's economy grind to a halt due to tit for tat retaliatory Trade Protectionism instituted by Australia's two largest export markets China and Japan after an Australian Protectionist Party government tariffed them out of the Australian market.

"No use of foreign contract labour" is a bold claim and it would pay the members of the Australian Protectionist Party and its leader Darrin Hodges to remember that the next time they need a doctor. I do think the true meaning of the Australian Protectionist Party's core ideology is present however, hidden in flowery assertions of no substane once more.

"5. Protect our people" from what or whom are the Australian Protectionist Party going to protect us Australians from? And how are they going to acheive this?

"Implement a zero-net immigration policy, on a “one in, one out” basis. End Third World immigration and Muslim immigration, and offer economic assistance to those who wish to be reunited with their people’s homeland."

So to "Protect our people" the Australian Protectionist Party only include European Australians in that definition of "Protect" because they want "To seek a homogeneous society where we can all live in harmony" free of homosexuals of-course and it would appear Muslims and any other minority they don't understand as well. Someone should remind the Australian Protectionist Party that Australia has never had a "homogeneous society" that has lived in anything close to "harmony", i would personally however the Australian Protectionist Party and their affiliated Australian Identity Forum have banned me from discussion on their website.

Of-course the Australian Protectionist Party wish to challenge what they believe to be issues "caused by social-engineering experiments" by begining their own social-engineering experiment in order "To seek a homogeneous society where we can all live in harmony". I am not sure how Aboriginal Australians feel about this notion of a "homogeneous society" and i look forward to some further discussion on how Aboriginal Australians fit into this idea. However something tells me that is not going to happen much like the Australian Protectionist Party and its leadership getting the inherant irony of their own "Primary Pilicy".

Something tells me Aboriginal Australians have heard a lot of this type of talk before, so have the Jews and many other ethnic minorities who have suffered because some Political Ideology wanted "To seek a homogeneous society where we can all live in harmony".

"End Third World immigration and Muslim immigration" their "Primary Policy" asserts with vigor, though perhaps someone should remind the Australian Protectionalist Party that only a very small percentile of Australia's net immigration intake is from Third World States unless we've started labelling the People's Republic of China, New Zealand and the United Kingdom as such. I would raise this with them through their Australian Identity Forum however as i've mention previous i have been banned for being as brazen as speaking the truth.

The Australian Protectionist Party even manage to single out Muslim Immigration, make no mistake it is only a ruse to single out Muslims in general. The very fact that the Muslim Population in Australia has existed since pre-federation times and has grown in-line with natural population growth and has now been out-grown by the Chinese and New Zealand Immigrant Populations and as a religion being out-grown by Budhism in Australia is something that certainly escapes the Australian Protectionist Party along with its leader Darrin Hodges.

The Australian Protectionist Party aren't only intent on ending immigration to Australia they also want to "offer economic assistance to those who wish to be reunited with their people’s homeland" to "Protect our people" from the immigrants allready here the Australian Protectionist Party does not approve in order to inflict upon Australia a social-engineering experiment in order "To seek a homogeneous society where we can all live in harmony".

There would be some humour in all of this if it weren't for the very fact that the Australian Protectionist Party whole-heartedly ascribe to these very beliefs and "Primary Policies".

"6. Protect our rural communities" a harmless enough "Primary Policy" albeit very hard to acheive given what is allready known in regard to the Trade Protectionist "Primary Policy" held by the Australian Protectionist Party.

"Increase rural sustainability. Harness technological resources to enable a higher rate of decentralisation of government departments to regional centres. Implement sensible trade structures that will stop cheap foreign imports from destroying the viability of Australian farms." Which in reality is nothing more than more of the same, however, the Australian Protectionist Party should keep in mind that Australia is a net exporter of agricultural products and it is these export markets that earn the Australian Agricultural Sector the vast bulk of its income. The Australian Protectionist Party should also keep in mind what would actually happen if a return to Trade Protectionism were ever to eventuate.

"7. Protect our way of life" This would have made me laugh if it weren't for the fact the Australian Protectionist Part actually mean it, after-all they have to protect something and seeing as their economic "Primary Policies" would destroy Australia's Economy rather than protect it so maybe this seventh and final "Primary Policy" is better.

"End the destructiveness of Multiculturalism and Political Correctness. End government funding for the political ideology of Multiculturalism"

I was disapointed when i read the above drivel that has been palmed off as "Primary Policy" by the Australian Protectionist Party. The high-lighted section speaks volumes does it not? I am sure as we all can be that the teaching of the "achievements and values of Australian society and of Western Civilisation" won't include the many contributions to Western Civilisation made by external cultures as much as i am certain it certainly won't be including the remarkable contributio made to Western Civilisation by faiths other than Christianity such as those made by Islam during the Islamic Golden Age. As much as i am sure of the predeeding i am also sure this teaching won't include the many ills that have befallen Western Civilisation or the brutallity by which it was spread or the genocides that occured to make way for that expansion and it certainly won't include the heinous immorality of Classical Greece and Classical Rome from where our Western Civilisation was born.

I also think it would be interesting to see anyone "Immerse our youth in the traditions of the Australian national identity and culture" considering two things, firstly no-one can actually agree what Australian Identity and Culture actually is and secondly Australia's Youth quite enjoy the freedom to be as American as they damn well please without the government interfering with that freedom.

"Enable criticism and challenging of ideas in the classroom" is a part of this "Primary Policy" that would go down a treat with the Teacher's Unions of Australia. Here is a free hint for the Australian Protectionist Party, how about you yourself learn and appreciate Australian History before telling people or students they should have the right to criticise or challenge it in the classroom before they've actually learnt the History of Australia in the first instance.

"End government funding for the political ideology of Multiculturalism" would actually be a fiscal requirement of government to stave off bankruptcy after the implementation of the Australian Protectionist Party economic "Primary Policy".

I would go into the rest of what is on the Australian Protectionist Party's website "Primary Policy" page, however i think everyone by this point would have gotten the point. If you wish to see the Australian Protectionist Party in action i recomend dropping by the Protectionist channel on YouTube.com and joining the many topic discussion on the Australian Protectionist Party website or even further discussing issues directly with Darrin Hodges at the Australian Identity Forum.

Is the Australian Protectionist Party a Nationalist Political Entity? No, they aren't, they are a xenophobic and outwardly racist grouping of people who have done nothing by Defile Nationalism by hiding behind its ideology to conceal their absolute belief in white supremacy and their desire for a White Australia and only a White Australia.

They are a disgrace, they are traitorous and above all they are most Un-Australian.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Regards,

Crimson

Edit: I

The National Chairman for the Australian Protectionist Party is Mr Andrew Phillips.
